Mimico Candles
Mimico Candle Company began in 2019 with a mission to provide high quality soy candles at an affordable price. In 2020, the business moved to Belleville, Ontario, where it is now located. MCC is a proudly Canadian and female-owned business.

Each candle is made by hand using premium inputs to ensure a high quality soy wax candle. Soy wax is a natural, plant-based, renewable resource derived from soybeans grown in North America. Soy wax candles burn clean and slowly, for approximately six hours per ounce. All candles are made in reusable and recyclable vessels.

Lord & Lady Coffee

When Matt became enthralled with his coffee roasting hobby we wondered if we should take the plunge to create a full fledged roastery. At the urging of our friends and avid coffee lovers, who said, "we need MORE of this coffee", Matt and Kristen leapt off the mountain to launch Lord & Lady Coffee.

Armed with partners, Jodie & Shauna, and a vision to get better coffee into your kitchen, Lord & Lady was created to be a double edged sword - GREAT COFFEE and IMPACT resonating at the local community and global level. A portion of every bag sold goes to incredible organizations we are so proud to support.

The sourcing of our beans is important to you, and to us! Our dream of sourcing direct trade coffee has become a reality with our first women produced and direct trade Salvadoran Miramar. Although uncommon as a small roastery, we are also Fairtrade certified, we are serious about providing responsibly sourced coffee.

Potters Settlement Artisan Wines
Potter Settlement is a marriage of rustic, old-world charm with up-to-date winemaking techniques. We respect tradition, but we always strive for progression when creating our wines. We create things in our winery by hand; whilst this maintains old values, it caters to new environmental concerns. We are happy to promote our organic farming, solar and geothermal energy usage (reducing our carbon footprint) and, most importantly, keeping our wine at optimal quality. We strive to serve you as a guest whilst being considerate and respectful of our surroundings. Potter Settlement consists of 10 planted acres of vinifera, hybrid, and VQA-recognized grapes.”
